Invitation for Bosnian Companies to Participate in the International Trade Fair A+A 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany (November 4–7, 2025)

The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (VTK/STK BiH), with technical support from SIPPO, is organizing its third participation at the "A+A 2025 International Trade Fair for Safety and Health at Work." This event will take place from November 4 to November 7, 2025, in Düsseldorf, Germany.

About A+A

A+A is the world’s largest and most significant event focused on safety and health at work, held biennially in Düsseldorf. In 2023, the fair attracted over 1,200 exhibitors from 58 countries and more than 62,000 business visitors. Product categories represented at the fair include:

  • Personal protective equipment
  • Workwear and footwear
  • Corporate clothing
  • Components and services
  • Workplace health
  • Occupational safety
  • Specialized equipment for natural disasters

This year’s event underscores the rising importance of health and safety. Key topics, such as digitalization and sustainability, are expected to feature prominently. A+A 2025 will also host conferences, workshops, and panels where experts will discuss trends and challenges in workplace health and safety.

Participating in A+A 2025 offers B&H companies a valuable opportunity to meet potential business partners, explore the latest market trends, and analyze competitors. In 2023, B&H companies established over 380 contacts with potential business partners.

VTK/STK BiH Services

VTK/STK BiH will provide the following services:

  • Administrative tasks related to communication with fair organizers, application completion, registration of B&H companies, and sharing relevant information for exhibitors
  • Rental of a 60-65m² space for exhibiting companies
  • Site visits to participating companies and consulting
  • Construction and design of a shared stand
  • Organization of a preparatory meeting for the fair
  • Promotion of the shared stand and exhibitors
  • Distribution of a potential partner list (from Hoovers database) to exhibiting B&H companies
  • Creation of an e-catalog and a printed catalog of B&H exhibitors

Costs Covered by VTK/STK BiH

  • Part of the cost for renting the exhibit space
  • Construction costs of the stand (design, setup, transportation, and decoration)
  • Mandatory fair catalog entry for Bosnian exhibitors
  • Representation costs at the stand (electricity, catering)
  • Marketing activities

Costs to be Covered by Companies/Exhibitors

  • A fixed amount of BAM 5,000 (+17% VAT) per company/exhibitor for stand space rental
  • Travel and accommodation costs for representatives
  • Transport and freight forwarding costs for exhibits

Criteria for Company Selection

Eligible companies must:

  • Produce products related to personal protection, workplace safety, or corporate clothing
  • Have export experience and at least one English (or German) speaking employee
  • Be strategically committed to exporting to the EU with quality products, permits, and certifications
  • Be active members of VTK/STK BiH, complying with membership fee requirements
  • Attend the preparatory meeting organized by VTK/STK BiH
  • Provide follow-up reports six months and one year post-fair

Signed and stamped copies of the Agreement on Obligation Regulation must also be sent by mail to VTK/STK BiH, Branislava Đurđeva 10, 71000 Sarajevo.
